Narrator: Now that you’ve signed up for PlayNow, you can make your first deposit into your PlayNow account. Any tickets or bets you make on PlayNow will be funded from your PlayNow account. Making sure you’re signed in, click on the person icon at the top right corner to view your account. Under the My Account menu, click on DEPOSIT.
Narrator: Before you make your first deposit, you will be asked to set your weekly deposit limit. This limit helps reduce risk and keeps your play fun. Enter a value that is comfortable for you. Once you set this limit, you can choose to change it within My Account, but there is a 24-hour cooling off period before your change takes effect.
Narrator: Next, select your occupation from the drop-down menus.

Setting your occupation is required by the federal government and is used to help keep online play free from crime. Choose the closest fit for your current occupation. If you are retired, you can still select that option from the list.

Narrator: Select your deposit method from the list. Each deposit method indicates whether fees may apply. Fees are not charged by PlayNow, and we recommend choosing methods that are free. Enter your bank, credit card or account information, and the amount you wish to deposit, then click DEPOSIT.
Narrator: In some cases, the deposit process will take you to your bank’s website to confirm your deposit. You should see the funds appear in your balance at the top of the screen. If you chose a deposit method that requires additional processing time, like online bill payment, the funds will appear on PlayNow.com once your bank releases them.

Narrator: Under My Account, you can also set play limits to keep your gaming fun and lower risk. Click MY BUDGETS under the account menu to set up weekly and monthly deposit and play limits. You can also set up an automatic message that will remind you of how long you’ve been playing. This is also where you can access a short-term lock-out tool if you feel you need a break from playing.
Narrator: If you have a promo or offer code to enter, click My Promotions. Enter the promo code in the redemption space and click SUBMIT. You should see a success message.
